The Kaduna State branch of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has announced the passing of Yunus Ustaz Usman, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), at the age of 67. In a statement on Wednesday, NBA Kaduna Chairman Godwin O.
Ochai expressed deep sorrow over Usman’s death. The funeral prayer will take place at the Sultan Bello Mosque after Asr prayers, followed by burial at Unguwar Rimi cemetery in Kaduna.
Ochai praised Usman as a distinguished member of the Bar, known for his exceptional legal expertise and contributions to the development of the legal profession in Nigeria. He prayed for Allah to grant Usman eternal rest and comfort his family and loved ones during this difficult time.
He was known for his advocacy for the underprivileged, often assisting indigent students and covering medical bills for those unable to pay.
