Fabiyi disclosed this information while explaining his absence from Monday’s coroner’s court appearance for Mohbad. He claimed that assassins had planned to kill him yesterday night, but he managed to escape with the help of some unnamed individuals who tipped him off about the plot.

The actor has denied taking money from anyone, emphasizing that his pursuit of justice for Mohbad is driven by his personal conviction. Fabiyi expressed his fear for his safety, stating that he cannot take his life lightly and is currently in hiding.

“I escaped from assassins two days ago, and they still planned to kill me tonight. If they had succeeded, I would have been buried tomorrow. They want to waste me because I’m fighting for justice. I didn’t collect money from anybody. I’m just doing my part for God. I can’t use my body as an experiment. I ran for my life,” Fabiyi said in a viral video.

Fabiyi warned those trying to cover up the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s death to be wary of their actions, as he claims to have enough evidence to expose them. He also promised to return for his son, whom he was forced to leave behind.

The news of Fabiyi’s alleged assassination attempt has sparked widespread shock and concern on social media, with many calling on the police to investigate the matter thoroughly.
