- Dangote is now supplying 300 trucks of fuel to NNPCL.
- Plans to use vessels for coastal supply will reduce road accidents and prices.
- NNPCL has resumed supply, and major marketers are buying.
- Independent marketers are finalizing arrangements with Dangote.
Chinedu expressed confidence in the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority’s promise to pay marketers N10 billion in outstanding claims. IPMAN has also launched its website, (link unavailable), for marketers to pay and access petroleum products.
The association expects the fuel scarcity to end within weeks as supply chain issues are resolved.
