To ensure transparency and prevent fraudulent activities, beneficiaries will be verified using NIN, IPPIS, and phone numbers. The distribution will be on a “one person, one bag” basis. A multidisciplinary task force has been deployed to ensure the initiative’s success.

Civil servants can access the grains at designated points of sale using their IPPIS details. To qualify, individuals must have a NIN, phone number, and for public servants, be registered under the IPPIS platform. A code number and treasury receipt will be generated, indicating the time and point of collection to avoid stampedes.
