Iran Resumes Flights After Missile Attack on Israel
Iran has resumed domestic and international flights following a brief suspension due to its missile attack on Israel, according to state media. The Islamic Republic launched 200 missiles at Israel on Tuesday night, its second direct military strike this year.
Flights were grounded across Iran due to security concerns but resumed at 5:00 a.m. local time on Thursday. Jafar Yazarloo, a spokesman for Iran’s Civil Aviation Organisation, confirmed the decision, citing favourable and safe flight conditions.
In response to escalating tensions, the European Union Aviation Safety Agency advised European carriers to avoid Iranian airspace until October 31. Similar warnings have been issued for air travel over Israel and Lebanon.
This development comes amid heightened tensions between Iran and Israel. For more updates on this story and its global implications, consider searching online for the latest news.
