During a condolence visit from the Wife of the President, Oluremi Tinubu, Governor Eno explained that Obareki’s appointment was a natural outcome due to her experience as Special Assistant to her late mother. He emphasized that First Ladies are not appointed but rather assume the role by virtue of being the governor’s spouse.

Eno stated that Obareki’s coordination would ensure continuity of his wife’s pet projects, including “Golden Initiative For All” and support programs for women, the elderly, and vulnerable individuals.
