NHRC Decries Rising Road Accident Deaths in Nigeria

The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has expressed concern over the high number of road accident deaths in Nigeria. According to the Federal Road Safety Corps and the National Bureau of Statistics, 1,471 people lost their lives in road crashes in the first quarter of 2024.
