PDP Suspends National Publicity Secretary, Legal Adviser
The Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) National Working Committee has suspended its National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, and National Legal Adviser, Kamaldeen Ajibade.
The suspension comes amid internal crises within the party since 2023, with Ologunagba and Ajibade advocating for adherence to the party’s constitution.
The National Director of Publicity, Chinwe Nnorom, announced the suspension in a statement, citing the need for an investigation into concerns raised against the officers.
A committee, led by Deputy National Chairman (South) Taofeek Arapaja, will investigate the issues.
In the interim, Ibrahim Abdullahi Manga will act as National Publicity Secretary, and Okechukwu Osuoha will act as National Legal Adviser.
The PDP urged its leaders, stakeholders, and members to remain focused and committed to the party’s greater good.
