Cuban Reggaeton Singer El Taiger Dies at 37 After Being Shot
Popular Cuban reggaeton singer, El Taiger, has passed away at the age of 37. He died on Thursday, October 10, 2024, a week after being shot in the head.
According to authorities, El Taiger was found shot inside a black Mercedes SUV on NW 17th St. and 10th Ave. on October 3. He was rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center, where he underwent surgery and was placed on life support.
Unfortunately, El Taiger succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead. His family confirmed the news in an official statement on his Instagram stories.
The statement read: “Sadly, this afternoon, El Taiger was pronounced dead and is now reunited with his beloved mother in heaven… We urge his fans to honor his memory by celebrating the joy he brought to so many.”
