The NGO’s launch was announced on VeryDarkMan’s Instagram page, where he appealed to influential figures like Davido and Cubana Chief Priest for support and promised transparency and accountability. He also shared a screenshot of the total donations and thanked donors for their contributions.
In a follow-up post, VeryDarkMan claimed to have received a call from the Presidency, applauding his contribution to society. He sarcastically noted that since he had raised significant funds, the government might consider borrowing money from him, given their history of borrowing from external sources ¹.
