Falana, Falz Demand Apology and Retraction from Bobrisky Over Defamatory Claims

Human rights lawyer Femi Falana and his son, Folarin (Falz), have issued a 12-hour ultimatum to crossdresser Bobrisky to retract defamatory statements. Bobrisky allegedly claimed Falana and Falz were involved in a N10 million presidential pardon scheme and N3 million bribe for special treatment at Kirikiri Correctional Centre.
Falana’s legal team denies these allegations, stating they are entirely unfounded and damaging to his reputation. They demand a full retraction and apology, to be published on all platforms where the statements were shared.
The Lagos State High Court has ordered the removal of defamatory comments and videos concerning Falana and Falz from social media platforms. Failure to comply within 12 hours will result in legal action.
