Chelsea legend Frank Lampard has shared his thoughts on Manchester United’s appointment of Ruben Amorim as their new manager.

Lampard described the move as “exciting” but emphasized that Amorim requires three key elements to succeed:
- Support from the club
- Time to implement his vision
- Control over the team’s direction
Amorim, currently with Sporting CP, will join Man Utd on November 11.
