A tragic accident occurred at Ayetoro Market in Lagos, resulting in the deaths of at least three people. According to the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA), a truck suffered brake failure while descending from Ita-Opo.

Key Details:

• The truck lost control, hitting a commercial tricycle and a parked Toyota Camry.
• The vehicle then crashed into the Ayetoro Market/Complex.
• Three lives were lost, with bodies taken to Epe General Hospital.
• Traffic was diverted for smooth vehicular movement.

LASTMA reported that a tow truck was deployed to evacuate the affected vehicles.
