A Federal High Court in Abuja has reserved judgment in a suit filed by the All Progressives Congress (APC) against the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and others, challenging the conduct of the local government election in Rivers State. The APC sought a declaration that INEC can only release the voter register to the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC) in strict compliance with the 1999 Constitution and the Electoral Act 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
